Intellectual property rights

Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution in full or in part of the elements and information in this site is forbidden. The content is available for private and non-collective use.
As the French Intellectual Property Code only allows, under the terms of Article L. 122- 5. 2° and 3°a, on the one hand, "copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the copier's private use and not intended for collective use" and, on the other hand, only analyses and short quotations for the purposes of example and illustration, "any representation or reproduction in full or in part made without the consent of the author or of the persons entitled or claiming through him shall be unlawful" (Art. L. 122-4). Such representation or reproduction, by any process whatsoever, would thus constitute an infringement penalised by Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Databases

Pursuant to the provisions of Act 98-536 of 1 July 1998 incorporating into the French Intellectual Property Code the EC directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 concerning the legal protection of databases, Comexpo Paris is the producer and proprietor of all or part of the databases entering into the composition of this website.
By accessing this site, you acknowledge that the data within it benefit from legal protection and that you are forbidden to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or retain, directly or indirectly, on any media whatsoever, by any means or in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the database contents of the site you have accessed, or to extract or repeatedly or systematically reuse any qualitatively or quantitatively non-substantial part when such operations evidently exceed normal conditions of use.

Confidentiality

Our pledges of confidentiality and security

The fair is firmly committed to the two issues you are most concerned about with regard to the internet: the confidentiality and security of the information circulating on the web. You can have complete confidence and rely on the reputation of our name: COMEXPO Paris.

Confidentiality first

The personal information you give us will be used solely to:

  • offer you customised access to our site to help you save time
  • allow you to register as an exhibitor or visitor
  • communicate information and news on the fair or other fairs organised by COMEXPO Paris
  • if you are an exhibitor, quote your trade name in fair promotion documents (catalogue, website, visitor guide, display maps, press kits, newsletters, etc. – non-exhaustive list).

We pledge to :

1. give you information without overloading your email inbox and enable you to unsubscribe at any time;
2. protect confidentiality. Pursuant to the provisions of the amended Act of 6 January 1978 on personal data protection, we confirm that your personal data will only be used by our internal departments and our partners for the purposes of organising the event for which you have registered and that you have the right to access, rectify or block your personal data by writing to: COMEXPO Paris / SALON NATEXPO – 55-56, quai Alphonse Le Gallo – BP 317, 92107 BOULOGNE Cedex, FRANCE.

Security above all

This site secures payment by credit and debit cards:
Card payment is secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption method which protects sensitive data relating to electronic means of payment. This means the information entered for your order is not openly legible on the internet during the payment phase. Your surname, card number and its expiry date are encrypted and protected. A padlock and key displayed on your screen shows you that security is ensured. You can pay for your purchases with Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.
It is easy to order online and keep track of your order:
For every online card transaction you will get a receipt which you can print out, or else information on why the transaction has failed. If you are an exhibitor and book your stand by paying the compulsory deposit, your invoice will be sent by post.
Confidentiality and security are your absolute right and we undertake to ensure this on our site. We thank you for your confidence in us.

For any question on our Confidentiality and Security charter, please send an email to: dsi@comexpo-paris.com
